From an early age, most of us start realizing that the way our world works is not entirely fair. Routine acts of injustice against underprivileged people are something that we often encounter. Has our frequent exposure to such prejudices left us heedless to such acts? Or do we, as the youth and future of Bangladesh, wish to see and make change?

Durnibar Foundation provides you with the ultimate opportunity to no longer stand in the side lines but act! At Durnibar, not only do we visualize a better world for the future, we keep your best interests at heart and look forward to creating responsible citizens, empathetic human beings and skilled individuals who can realize their dreams and ambitions, and likewise inspire others with commitment and hard work.

Hence, this year Durnibar Foundation is hosting a month-long event just for you! We are accepting applications for internship for the month-long period of September after which, we will shortlist fresh applicants for interview to recruit them as interns. At the end of the month, we aim to provide potential interns with workshops consisting of extensive training for the different departments, in our growing team of 50+ board and committee members!

We are offering non-paid internship positions in the following departments:

1. Communications:
It is at the heart of every organization and plays an integral role in its success. It involves the paperwork, presentations, organizing promotional events and more. If you think you can communicate well with the audience, welcome aboard!

2. Creative Designs:
If you are passionate about art, graphic designing, poster making, or even writing, the creative department is your calling! There are two sectors of this department, one for graphic designing and the other is the writing department.

3. Finance:
Finances play a vital role in any organization. One silly blunder can make the whole team pay the price. If you wish to take on the dare and embrace the organization’s financial responsibilities, step forward to the Finance Department!

4. Fundraising:
Every non-profit organization runs with the aid of funds/donations and only then we can afford to carry out our projects. Thus, it’s you who have to keep this in mind and take necessary steps to raise funds whenever needed.

5. Human Resource:
You will largely make up our campaigning projects as we depend on your power of persuasion to recruit new interns who can take our place in our absence.

6. Marketing and Outreach:
You will be responsible for the augmentation of our foundation. If you claim to have good representation ability, you are the one we are looking for!

7. Program Execution:
Do you think we can rely on you to make budgets and handle our large projects all ready for the event day? If so, we welcome you to be a part of our industrious team of event-managers.

8. Research:
Research helps every project/organization to develop. You must be able to share your ideas with us to bring continuous development in Durnibar and provide solutions to every problem.
