Donate NowThrough our coat program, Durnibar Foundation is dedicated to helping families in need. We believe that every child deserves to feel warm, healthy and valued. The important gift of a new winter coat provides children with the freedom and confidence to play more, learn more, and do more.
When the leaves start to turn beautiful colors, the air is gets colder and our clothes get heavier, Durnibar Foundation strives to lend a helping hand to those in need. Having warm clothes to wear during the harsh winter days is something to which many of us do not give a second thought. Some families are not able to afford winter clothes and only YOU can help them by submitting clothes to us or by donating some money!
By far, Durnibar Foundation donated nearly 25,000 items through the Winter Clothes Drive. Given how cold the months of January and February were, our supplies of blankets, warm clothing and related items were in high demand as were our winter coats. With your help, we can raise more winter gear and donations to buy more.
We are collecting the following for men, women, and children:
“In these tough economic times words cannot express the impact that Durnibar Foundation had on the poor families. Seeing the appreciation on the faces of parents and children shows the need for these services. We are glad to have been a part of this wonderful experience and hope that with Durnibar Foundation we are able to keep poor families warm for years to come.” – Tawsif Alam Khan, Managing Director, Vertical Horizon

Donate NowValentine’s day is a day of love, of absolute adoration. Everyone deserves to be loved, be it the tiniest soul in the whole wide planet Earth. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we at Durnibar Foundation, take the initiative to put smiles on the faces of those who need them the most – underprivileged children suffering from cancer.
Our aim is to make these children feel special in the best way we can. We spend the day at Ashic Foundation with the cancer kids for the sole purpose of creating entertainment and lovely memories for the children.
We play games with them, give them gifts, accompanied by loads of laughter and jokes – for an unforgettable experience provided to those usually forgotten on this remarkable day of love and congeniality.

Donate NowThis project will work towards breaking the cycle of poverty through international standard education to the underprivileged children of Bangladesh. In our endeavor, we are now running eight schools successfully throughout the country with around 1400 impoverished children. We aspire to establish a school in each of the 64 districts of Bangladesh to uproot illiteracy from our society through spreading the light of education in every nook and corner of our country.
The underprivileged community does not have access to quality education and our project targets the disadvantaged community. The project aims to solve this inequality in education by providing quality education to 1400 distressed kids enrolled currently in eight of our schools. Their families are also getting benefited from our project.
This project will provide international standard “Free-of-Cost” education to the underprivileged children. Through this project, we will help the children become skilled labors as they grow up bringing positive changes in their families and communities alleviating poverty.
The objective of our project is creating educated and skilled human resources out of the underprivileged children and making them capable to get involved in mainstream development. We aim to educate the disadvantaged children from every nook and corner of Bangladesh by establishing schools in every district so that they can work for the betterment of the society and break the vicious cycle of poverty.
